Finding the perfect location and theme for my annual Christmas session tradition is something I honestly have on my radar 12 months out of the year! 😂 I am always on the lookout for a possibility for next year’s Christmas sessions! Well last year my family and I went on the Christmas in Salem House Tour, and one of the stops on the tour was Greenisen Farm. We toured the beautiful historic farmhouse rich in family history, and out behind the farmhouse I noticed the most charming little maple syrup building. This was in December, just a couple weeks after my Greenhouse Christmas sessions! I snapped a pic of the syrup house on my phone and tucked the idea into my back pocket, and this summer I reached out to the family to present the crazy idea of coming to their farm to host my Christmas sessions at their adorable sugar shack. Marge and Phil are truly the kindest and most generous people, because they said YES to my idea and welcomed all the CKP families with open arms for a weekend of memory making!

This weekend was absolutely perfect, and such a fun time with families old and new! This event is an annual holiday kickoff tradition for so many families, and it’s a joy to be a part of the spark to the merriment of the Christmas season. Thank you everyone who came out to the Greenisen sugar shack this year, so much fun was had and beautiful families captured!
