This year’s annual Christmas session weekend brought familiar faces and new faces alike, and EVERY family brought the festive holiday JOY! Every year I think to myself “how will I find a location I love more than last year‘s?!” and somehow, it always happens! Local photographer and event setup company Urban Elephant (Brittany Dowd) built the cutest little window greenhouse in her backyard last year, and she offers it to other photographers in the area to rent! I immediately fell in love with the idea of hosting Christmas sessions here, and had a “winter solstice” theme in mind. Twinkle lights, gold stars, berry wreaths….my vision came to life so beautifully! Nearby pine trees also sprinkled in some winter vibes, so it was the best of both worlds and I always love variety. Every family showed up ready to have fun and kick off their holiday season with this fun photo tradition, and as always, I just have the hardest time narrowing it down because I left with so many favorites! 2022 CKP Greenhouse Christmas sessions were an absolute blast, and I am so thankful for every family that came out in the cold temps to snuggle up and make some memories ❤️
