Every newborn session is such a joy to capture, but whenever family welcomes a new little bundle, it feels extra special to get to capture these beautiful moments. My cousins Dana + Tyler celebrated their wedding in 2021, and they welcomed their precious daughter Coletta Marie this June. Having recently moved from Indiana to nearby Pittsburgh, it was so exciting to be able to help them document their first days with Coletta in their beautiful home! They have such a fun and unique style, and their home is so welcoming and cozy. We oohed and ahhed over sweet Coletta’s fingers and toes and eyelashes and wispy blonde hair, and she was happy to let us soak in all her tiny details. Dana and Tyler’s furry firstborn Cookie was not so thrilled with my hanging around her new little human, but she’s just an excellent guard dog doing her household duty! 🤣

Dana and Tyler, you two are the best parents already, and Coletta is so very loved by us all. I cannot wait to watch her grow over the years ❤️ Here are just some of my favorite moments we captured at the Henkes lifestyle newborn session!
