I absolutely squealed when Rachel and Jack announced that they were expecting their first little bebe, and I swear Rachel and I were talking about this newborn session for MONTHS! These two decided to keep the gender a surprise for the entire pregnancy, so the excitement and anticipation of meeting Baby Trickett was really building. I had the honor of capturing Rachel and Jack’s wedding back in 2018, and their engagement session in 2017, and it’s always so exciting to get to capture milestones beyond a wedding day as couples begin growing their families. The Tricketts are so laid-back as a couple, and this time at their home with their daughter was no different. Rachel and Jack snuggled their sweet sunshine babe, and I just got to step back and soak in all that newborn love and joy that comes with becoming a parent for the first time. And of course we can’t forget Tank! Tank was adopted last year and so far is indifferent to the new arrival in his house, but I think he’ll be her #1 fan in no time ;)
Congratulations Jack and Rachel on the arrival of your sweet Eliza Jude! You are already amazing parents, and I can’t wait to watch your daughter grow!
