I might be the minority on this, but late fall is one of my favorite times of the year to photograph outdoors. The muted colors, bare trees, and last of the falling leaves cover the ground, and there is a certain kind of beauty to the interval between autumn and winter. I’m wrapping up my lifestyle sessions as we inch closer to the holiday season, but I’m so glad I got to squeeze in this November family session with the Fodors out at their beautiful property. They own a tree farm in Poland and I always love the chance to visit their beautiful home! We had the most beautiful golden hour to run around the woods behind their home, and soak up the last bit of sun in the fields by their house. Tara and Jon’s three kiddos Nash, Clara, and Will are full of so much spunk and spirit, and I love their mischievous little grins! I always love Tara’s classic style and the outfits she puts together for family photos, and this year they went a little holiday glam and I am alllll about it. She and Clara wore jewel toned velvet dresses, to bring in a little bit of the holiday vibe! So pretty!
