One of the best perks to living between Pittsburgh and Cleveland is that I am always discovering new locations that I’ve never been to! Metropolitan areas always have the coolest places to explore, and I recently discovered the incredible Hartwood Acres Mansion nestled in the Allegheny National Forest outside of Pittsburgh. Emily and Terry took advantage of the last fall days in November for their engagement session, and they picked this beautiful location for us to meet. Simply jaw-dropping! This was a chilly afternoon to be outdoors, but Emily and Terry snuggled a little closer and kept each other warm as we got to laugh and chat and know each other. From the story of their first date to how Terry surprised Emily with a proposal at the park behind his house, and their wedding plans for July, I loved seeing the sweet way these two interact with each other and the love that they share. So glad we could squeeze in this session at Hartwood Acres Mansion before the craziness of the holidays set in! It was a wonderful afternoon together, and I for sure want to go back to the mansion for a tour sometime. Enjoy a few of my favorites from Emily and Terry’s November engagement session!
