Audrey Hepburn once said, “Happy girls are the prettiest” and she couldn’t have said it better! Melissa could have married Tyler in her sweatpants and she would have still been the most beautiful bride he ever saw, because her SMILE was radiating off of her face their entire wedding day!! The first thing I remember noticing about Melissa when we first met last year was her infectious joy and that beautiful smile! Tyler and Melissa have been together for 8 years, so this celebration was a long time coming! When I arrived at the ladies’ hotel room, Melissa and her girls were sipping mimosas in their silk blush robes, laughing as they put the finishing touches together before getting into their dresses. Talk about a laid back bride! These girls were having such a great morning! Melissa’s mother Debby and sister Amanda helped her into her princess gown, and Melissa had the best reveal with her bridesmaids and then her daddy! Just a few floors away, Tyler and his buddies got into their suits and prepared to head to the church, where Tyler would finally get to see his bride. It was the most beautiful day that felt more like fall than Ohio summer, with the sun shining and fluffy white clouds rolling across the sky. Melissa and Tyler’s bridal party made the whole day so fun with their smiles and laughter and friendship – what a great group of friends to be surrounded with! Here are just a few of my favorites from this wonderful day, I know you’ll be able to feel the joy and excitement that surrounded Melissa and Tyler’s wedding day!

Melissa and her mama have the sweetest relationship!
Melissa wore her mother’s diamond bracelet as her “something old.”
These girls were so excited to see their friend as a bride for the first time!
Look at these beauties! Those blush gowns had me swooning!
Dapper gentlemen!
Avion on the Water did a fabulous job with the reception hall!
I think Melissa’s dad had us all in tears.
Sweet Rylee is such a special person in Melissa’s life <3
Having Melissa’s Grandpa at her reception was so special to her, and I think this was one of my favorite moments of the entire day, when he got to hug his granddaughter.
We didn’t get a sunset for golden hour photos, but the moon was absolutely gorgeous!! Moonlit photos might be my new favorite!
