Caitlin emailed me months ago explaining that she wanted to surprise her fiance Josh with a portrait session of her and her soon-to-be stepdaugher Marleigh.  Caitlin and her fiance Josh just tied the knot last weekend, so we were super sneaky and planned a fun session in May with Caitlin and Marleigh while Josh was at work!!  First off, I love surprises.  I.  Love.  Them.  I think this is just the sweetest wedding gift idea!  Josh has two incredibly special ladies in his life who mean the world to him, and Caitlin and Marleigh love that man right back with everything they have.  Spending time with Caitlin and Marleigh, it is so apparent how much these girls love each other and how special their relationship is.  They are both so excited to *officially* be a family!  Marleigh shared some of her favorite things about Caitlin with me, and my heart just melted as she told me some of her favorite memories.  Caitlin takes Marleigh out on girls’ night dates and shopping, and they love snuggling on the couch!  One of Caitlin’s favorite qualities about Marleigh is how sweet and kind she is to everyone, and after just an evening with the little lady I know just what she means!

Here are some of my favorite moments from my time with these pretty gals (and their pup Roxie!).  We had such a great time hanging out together and sharing stories, and I hope Josh was surprised in the best way possible with this secret session we had up our sleeves for his wedding gift!  Congratulations to the newlyweds and this wonderful family of THREE!  Marleigh, you are one lucky girl to be loved so very much!
