Well, we made it!!  After a lot of hours in the car, across a lot of states, and visiting a lot of Starbucks, we have arrived in Tacoma, Washington!    We are getting settled in at our new place here in Tacoma, and slowly starting to explore the area.  This road trip west was filled with so many awesome sights and experiences, I don’t even know where to begin.  Ben and I got to see the Chicago skyline at sunset, a foggy Minnesota morning, herds of antelope in South Dakota, bald eagles in Montana, mountains towns filled with antique shops and great coffee, and scenic views that there just aren’t words to describe.  We snapped some photos along the way, and you can see a little video I put together of our road trip on Vimeo!  Ben planned our entire road trip as my birthday gift this year, and he really outdid himself on this one!  We stayed at some awesome Airbnb‘s on this trip, and if you aren’t already planning your travels with Airbnb, you NEED to!  How else can you stay in a mountain cabin or artist’s mansion?!  Enjoy some snapshots of our trip, and get ready for some beautiful photos of Washington state over the next few months!
