Disney World | Our Travel Adventures

Sometimes the quick trips are the best.  You know, the ones where you don’t have time to plan a full itinerary or stress about what to pack.  Last weekend Ben and I hopped on a plane to Orlando, Florida to visit his sister Sara and her boyfriend Aaron!  It was only a weekend, but man did we cram a lot of memories into a short amount of time!  Sara works for Disney, so of course we had to do some park hopping while we were there.  We explored the jungles of the Animal Kingdom and the bustling streets of Epcot, taking in the magic of Disney at each turn.  Sara gave us the tour of some of the amazing Disney resorts, plus tons of Disney fun facts!  I left my camera at home since we only took a bookbag for this trip, so here are some iPhone snaps of our quick little adventure!  Sara and Aaron, thank you for hosting us and making this such an awesome time, we loved coming to see you!  Next time, we’ll stay longer – we promise!

The Wilderness Lodge!  So beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Ben got to meet his favorite Disney character in the Animal Kingdom!  Tarzan was super friendly!

The Hoop-Dee-Doo Review!  A fun evening of music and goooood country cookin’!

Epcot at night – gorgeous!  It rained, but we didn’t mind!

Walking around Disney, the last thing you expect to hear is someone calling your name.  But this seriously happened!  Michelle is a fellow wedding photographer in Youngstown, and she and her family were in Disney for the week!  Seeing how ginormous Disney is, I cannot believe that we were in the same spot at the same time.  Crazy!!  What a cool coincidence though, of course we had to take a photo!

Sara lives in the charming little town of Celebration.  So many homes here go all out in their Christmas decorating, we had to stop and see the first place winner of the Christmas decoration competition!  This house nailed it!

Bye bye, Orlando…until next time.
