The rain drops started falling just as Sarah was finishing up her hair appointment at the salon.  Nothing like perfect timing!  We were planning on beginning our photoshoot early in an attempt to beat the unpredictable Ohio rain, but the rain still beat us.  So you know what we did?  We rolled with it!  Because sometimes that’s all you can do.  The longer I do portrait photography, the more I realize that un-ideal situations occur, and you just have to learn to make the most of it – rain or shine!  Luckily Sarah and Joe were up for anything and trusted me as their maternity photographer, and I am so glad we powered through some rain because the resulting images are some of my favorites EVER.  Sarah is one gorgeous mama-to-be, and she and Joe are an awesome pair!  They just have the best personalities, and are so excited to meet their baby girl!  And get ready for her name…Isabella Sofia!  How pretty is that!  Sarah and Joe, THANK YOU for being troopers and not letting a little rain keep us from having a blast.  I loved spending time with you, and I hope you cherish these rainy day memories!

 

If you want to know what Joe said to make Sarah laugh, you have to ask him because I’m not allowed to repeat it.
