As we step into these first days of 2019, I am soaking up the usual sense of anticipation and newness that comes with the new year.  This January though, that anticipation feels even more elevated because this is officially the year of Baby Pecchia’s arrival!  We are less than a month away from welcoming our new arrival, and now that the calendar has turned to January, it’s really starting to feel real!  The holiday season has come and gone, and now the next milestone on the calendar is Due Date: 1/26/19. Baby P, we are ready for you!  At the end of November, Ben and I spent a rainy afternoon with the oh so sweet and talented Kalyn Mann, a wedding and lifestyle photographer whose work I have admired for quite some time.  We wandered through the woods and fields with her and her camera, and I love the unique beauty captured in these images that are found in those in-between days of fall ending and winter’s arrival.  We are so grateful to have this season of our lives captured to look back on years from now!  I hope we always cherish these days of waiting and dreaming and hoping as we prepare to be forever changed.
