Spring sessions are finally, finally, FINALLY in full swing over here, and my evening with the Maxwell crew during their country lifestyle family session has got me SO EXCITED for summer nights and running through the woods and gathering around the campfire!  Because I got to do all of those things with Megan and Ryan and their boys Colsen, Bennett, and Sawyer out at Ryan’s parents home in Columbiana.  Ryan grew up here, and this property holds so many memories for him and his family!  This is where Megan and Ryan bring the boys every weekend, and I can absolutely see why they love it so much.  As soon as you turn down the long stone driveway, the noise of traffic disappears and the rest of the world just seems to melt away beyond the trees.  I didn’t want to leave!  So peaceful and quiet, and this evening was such a great reminder that the real fun doesn’t lie in screens and technology, but in just being outdoors.  Colsen and Bennett showed me all their favorite places to run around, and soon enough I know their baby brother Sawyer will be chasing them too!  We ended with swinging on the AMAZING swing hanging from the tree in the front yard, and let me tell you, I have never experiences a swing quite like this!  You lay on your stomach and someone has to run and push you, and this is no ordinary swing!  You better believe I got a turn on this thing!  Our grand finale to the Maxwell session was s’mores around the campfire, and I can’t think of a better way to end the day.

Megan and Ryan, thank you for inviting me to spend this evening with you and your boys!  I just loved getting to know you all, what an amazing family you have!  Enjoy some of my favorites from our country fun!
