Talk about a perfect evening to hang out for an engagement session!  Last weekend I adventured up to Cleveland where Adele and Nick have made their cozy home sweet home in the Lakewood neighborhood, complete with a porch full of hanging plants and twinkle lights and all my Target outdoor decor dreams.  (Adele, you get me.)  The future Mr. and Mrs. Gabriele chose to start their session at their home, and MAN am I glad they did!!  Not only is their home adorable, but Nick proposed to Adele right on the couch in their very living room last October.  And it was a total surprise!!  He really had this thing planned out, complete with their families meeting them for dinner later that night to celebrate!  I love any and all surprises, so I was very impressed with the telling of this story.  Equally as good as the proposal story is the tale of how these two even met in the first place…neighbors back in college!  Adele went next door to ask for some assistance in starting the lawn mower, and well here we are :) We ended our evening out at Edgewater Park for sunset, with the most gorgeous colors in the sky and the water splashing against the huge rocks.

Adele and Nick, thank you for spending the evening with me!  I am so glad we finally got to meet in real life, you two already feel like old friends.  Cannot WAIT for your big day this fall, look out Rochester!  We are bringing the wedding party to you, and it is going to be absolutely amazing!!!
