There are such few genuine surprises we get to experience in life, and I just think it is the best thing ever when expecting parents choose not to find out the gender of their baby.  What better surprise could there be!  Tara and Jon welcomed their second child a couple weeks ago, and….it’s a GIRL!!  Clara Lou Fodor!  Don’t even get me started on how much I love that name, I think that is the sweetest lil baby name ever!!  Tara and Jon are parents to little man JNash, and to say he’s excited that his baby sister is finally here is an understatement.  To see him oohing and ahhhing and staring at her and hugging her (sorry, Clara!) made my heart melt.  I got to spend a morning with the Fodor family last week for their lifestyle newborn session, the cozy moments in their beautiful restored farmhouse as a growing family.  Tara is such a talented florist, so of course we had to include a teensy little flower crown for Miss Clara’s portraits.  How could we not!  Clara snoozed her way through most of this shoot, but she did decide to open her eyes a few times for me!  This home session was everything I love about spending time with families, and getting to peek inside the everyday lives that families are living.  Tara and Jon are over the moon with their new daughter, and to see the joy of parenthood light up their faces is such a treat.  I have way too many favorites, so here are just a few!  Congratulations Fodor family, Clara Lou is perfect!
