I can clearly remember the day that Michael was born, but I cannot believe that day was already 5 years ago!  Just doesn’t seem possible.  You only need to have one conversation with Michael to realize that he’s basically an adult now – Mr. Logical right here!  He loves to give facts, but he loves asking questions too.  He is observant and smart, and something about his freckled face makes his blue eyes even brighter.  He started playing T-ball this year, and just received his orange belt in karate (so proud of him!).  He loves preschool and making new friends, and I think his social calendar might be more complex then mine ever will be.  Bugs and worms fascinate him endlessly, and he loves showing little brother James all the ropes to….well, everything.  Happy 5th Birthday to my monkey, Aunt Carlyn loves you!!
